Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Assemble fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools  
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently  
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment  
  • Adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance, and Operational Guidelines  
  • Perform other duties as assigned  

Job Duties: 

  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions  
  • Work overtime and flexible shifts, including day or night schedules, as needed  
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement for 8–12 hours per day  
  • Lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally  
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset while working collaboratively with team members  

Education and Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)  
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred  
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred  
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred  
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed  
  • Ability to work day or night shift
