We’re Hiring Immediately – Step Into a Leadership Role
Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and lead our team.
This is a great opportunity if you’re ready to grow into a Site Manager position.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations of the car wash
- Lead shifts and guide team members
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help drive membership sales (bonus eligible)
- Assist with opening and closing
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and reliability
- Positive attitude and team mindset
Pay & Benefits:
