Job Summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is a long‑standing Texas‑based healthcare organization providing Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, and ancillary services across the state. We are seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator to oversee and support fleet operations across multiple Cantex facilities, managing approximately 45 vehicles statewide.

This role ensures that all fleet vehicles are properly maintained, safe, compliant, and available to support facility operations. The coordinator manages preventive maintenance programs, coordinates repairs with approved vendors, maintains fleet documentation, and supports fleet safety initiatives. This position works closely with facility drivers, maintenance teams, regional leadership, and corporate departments to ensure reliable, cost‑effective fleet operations.

This position aligns closely with roles such as Fleet Coordinator, Fleet Operations Specialist, Transportation Coordinator, and Fleet Support Specialist, especially within multi‑location or healthcare‑based environments. This is a travel‑based fleet operations role requiring routine onsite visits to facilities across Texas.
