Requirements:
- Account for individual goal achieved
- Leading supplier development activities
- Be sure supplier is compliance with Timken requirement and lead the technical feasibility review.
- Account for supplier PPAPs document review and approve PPAPs
- Lead supplier audit, Issue and follow CAR/PARs
- Give input for Supplier risk management, performance review and supplier performance scorecard.
- Handle the supplier quality issue and follow up supplier corrective actions
- Leverage resource to drive supplier improvements
- Work seamlessly with Timken China sourcing team, GMQ and plant quality in developing new suppliers into mass production mode
- Follow Timken procedures, requirement and core value,
- Timely Input for weekly and monthly report.
Requirements:
- Quality 5 tools knowledge (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP)
- Problem solving thinking and methodology (5why and 8D)
- Knowing the drawings & tolerance
- Fluent in English
- Major in Engineering
