Core Skills:
  1. Familiarity and understanding/embodiment of TCP Vision, Values, goals and organizational structure.
  2. Familiarity with clinical policies & procedures, and SOP’s. Ability to provide input and guidance with revisions as needed.
  3. Superuser of the EHR system.
  4. Familiarity with technology stack (general computer troubleshooting, communication platforms, new tech tools) and ability to support use in others.


Core Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a caseload while supporting a pod of clinicians. 

  2. Clinical Documentation Quality Oversight

  3. Clinical Care Quality Oversight

  4. Provider Schedule Oversight

  5. Provider Support, Retention & Culture Building

  6. Provider Onboarding Participation

  7. Communication & Responsiveness

  8. Leadership Collaboration

  9. Other duties as assigned to fit business needs



Qualifications:
  • Independently licensed in NY or willing to obtain NY licensure

  • Supervisor or lead clinician experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years post-licensure experience

  • Preferred experience in an outpatient private practice setting, in performing 45-60 min sessions

  • New York-Based: Hybrid | All Other Locations: Remote

  • Positions needed in EST, CST, or PST



Salary:
  • Doctorate Level: $110,000-$130,000, based on experience and qualifications
