About the Role
Head of Sales and Marketing
Full-Time, Permanent
Stavanger, Norway with regional and international travel as required
- Uphold the highest safety and quality standards at all times.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Partner with operations and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Track and analyse sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Division and Group teams to deliver aligned marketing and communications strategies.
- Work with Strategy/BD and Digital teams to leverage market intelligence, digital channels, and martech tools.
- Support internal and external communications plans in alignment with Regional, Division, and Group priorities.
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and key leadership engagements, including QBRs and strategy meetings.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Significant experience in a senior business development, commercial, or operational role within the oil & gas or marine industry.
- Background working in a marine engineering environment.
- Extensive experience in sales leadership and sales management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership teams and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Experience across marketing, internal communications, and events.
- Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Proven leadership capability with a focus on coaching and developing others.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- A strong personal commitment to safety, demonstrated in all aspects of work.
