Role Overview:

As a Life Sciences Associate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing

secondary research projects focused on the life sciences domain. You will be responsible for

sourcing, analyzing, and synthesizing information from diverse sources, enabling our clients to make

informed decisions. If you are passionate about data analysis in the life sciences field, possess

strong project management skills, and are dedicated to delivering actionable insights, we encourage

Key Responsibilities:


� Project Leadership: Lead and oversee secondary research projects in the life sciences sector,

ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and industry-specific standards.

� Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to define project objectives, research

questions, and data requirements. Maintain regular communication to update clients on project

progress and insights.

� Source Identification: Identify and access a wide range of secondary data sources relevant to

the life sciences industry, including databases, scientific literature, regulatory documents, and

online resources.

� Data Collection: Collect, compile, and organize data from multiple sources while ensuring data

accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain databases for efficient data retrieval.

� Data Analysis: Analyze and synthesize data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns.

Utilize statistical tools and software for quantitative analysis when necessary.

� Reporting: Create comprehensive research reports and presentations that convey key findings,

implications, and actionable recommendations to the clients.

� Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability,

and relevance of research findings within the life sciences domain.

� Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including secondary and primary

research analysts, data engineers and data scientists (as required), to integrate secondary research

findings into broader analytical projects tailored to the life sciences domain.

� Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry-specific trends, emerging data sources, and research

methodologies within the life sciences field to continually enhance the quality and depth of secondary

research offerings.

� Always meet the deadline with the highest standard of quality

� Demonstrate high integrity, sense of urgency, ability to recognize time sensitivity

� Maintain confidentiality of all official information

� Operate within the agreed customer and Escalent's Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications:


� 7-10 yrs experience in secondary research and data analysis within the life sciences domain, with

Research/KPO/Consulting firms

� Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related field (Master's degree

preferred).

� Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading research projects

in the life sciences sector. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.

� Proficiency in utilizing various databases, scientific literature resources, and research tools specific to

the life sciences industry.

� Analytical mindset with excellent data analysis and interpretation skills relevant to life sciences data.

� Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex life sciences data into

actionable insights.

� Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

� Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities within the context of life sciences research.

� Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

� Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under challenging situations.

� Solid time management skills

� Flexibility to work in different shifts, if required (no night shifts)
