Assistant General Manager – Valet Operations

Salary: $46,000 – $47,000 annually

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, strong client relationships, and an outstanding guest experience.
What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Partner with the General Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing valet team
- Coach, mentor, and motivate employees to deliver top-tier customer service
- Manage employee performance including training, coaching, counseling, retention, and employee relations
- Assist with hiring and terminations as needed
- Collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting and staffing needs
Operations & Client Relations
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the client’s designated site contact
- Handle onsite communication with guests, client representatives, and management
- Ensure compliance with all Park Inc. and client policies and procedures
- Continuously review operations for efficiency and service improvements
Scheduling, Reporting & Oversight
- Create, distribute, and clearly communicate employee schedules
- Ensure all shifts are covered and staffing gaps are filled
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational and timekeeping reports
- Conduct routine audits and “mystery shop” assessments
Safety, Equipment & Risk Management
- Train employees on job-site operations with a strong focus on safety and service
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
- Ensure all company equipment is properly maintained
- Assist with property damage claims and incident documentation

- Leadership experience in valet, hospitality, parking, or service-based operations
- Strong customer service mindset and a proven ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
