Execute and deliver the right merchandising on a country level of respective business segments, in order to achieve the successfule Divisional and Business Unit mix set under the brand direction. Also, building a strong foundation which can establish ourselves in a solid / safe future position for its Longevity. Deliver a desirability of the Brand and also achieve the Country Financial plan/goal by supporting Regional / Global Brand strategy leading to maximum sell-through result.

Develop lifestyle product portfolio and strategies that meet consumers needs in line with distribution channels and key accounts in accordance with Global Brand Initiatives and Local Key Products for long-term.[Task 2] (30%)
Execute Go-to-market process and manage the product lifecycle for entire of lifestyle footwear including seasonal.[Task 3] (20%)
Analyze business to establish an organized platform for delivering key story, concept and distinguished brand image.[Task 4] (10%)
Align product distribution to channels in coordination with Sales, Demand Planning, Retail, and Marketing.[Task 5] (10%)
Product presentations: support Sales management with presentations for selected Strategic accounts for regularly held Trade Shows.
YOUR TALENT
Education : Bachelor degree
Professional : 10-15 years of experience in footwear merchandising in sports-lifestyle business
IT Skills : Highly advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint), basic knowledge of SAP preferred
Language Skills : Business English fluent
Competencies : Proactive / Sense of Trend / Teamwork / Communication Skills
Functional Skills : Product Line building and planning / Distribution channel comprehensive
