Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer business reviews, including data driven presentations.
• Participate and lead customer meetings. 
• Develop positive relationships both internally and externally. 
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.
• Identify patterns and trends in gathered data. Present findings and recommendations to the Sales team.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to support Sales and Operations teams.
• Assist in the achievement of company goals.
• Manage the flow of new sales leads, including new customer onboarding.
• Continuously review sales processes with a focus on improving efficiency.
• Complete business audits of new and existing customer accounts.

Preferred Experience and Education

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting a sales team preferred.
• Highly proficient in both Microsoft and Google platforms, primarily Excel/Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful action from data.
