Job Specification
Develop relationships with a list of customers to ensure customer retention.
Understanding customer requirements, objectives and pain points to craft business proposals or solutions.
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries to customers are fulfilled on time and in full.
Main contact point for customers that are allocated.
Resolve any challenges or issues faced by customers.
Generate a sales pipeline to ensure consistent development of new customers and increase in market share within the assigned territory.
Strategizing sales targets to ensure represented refineries are fully and efficiently utilized.
To assist in sales data analysis and reporting.
Monitor credit limits, debtors’ aging, and late payments by customers.
Job Requirement
Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales or account management roles.
Experience in market research.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Comfortable working with numbers and calculations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), preferably at an intermediate level.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and any additional languages relevant to the Malaysian market is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
