This role is responsible to drive incremental revenue and profit for global Pursuit attraction businesses using a rational, disciplined decision-making process while managing risk under current and anticipated market conditions. This highly collaborative position is key to the development and implementation of effective product, price, inventory and distribution strategies. This position oversees all aspects of inventory management in all guest channels.
This role requires leadership, strong relationship-building abilities, change management skills, creative thinking, and an analytical mind. It requires an ability to successfully communicate rate and product recommendations to Pursuit Leadership Team, Sales Directors and General Managers who must adopt new pricing strategies before they can impact revenue. To be successful, the Manager, Pursuit Attractions Revenue Maximization will be highly collaborative with Revenue Managers across Pursuit, and all stakeholders within their businesses.

Grouse Mountain Lodge is entering a pivotal chapter. Significant investment of $15.7M in Phase I is currently underway and will be followed by Phase II in the fall of 2026. The guest experience is being reimagined end-to-end, and the property is being elevated into one of the most compelling mountain properties in the region. We are hiring a Sr. Sales Manager to help lead that transformation.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
- Own and drive sales performance for regional business within assigned markets, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract execution
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets
- Prospect and secure new business across Corporate/Incentive, Association, and Wedding segments, while owning performance and growth within assigned markets
- Identify and grow key accounts, driving repeat business and long-term client partnerships
- Actively manage sales pipeline health, including lead volume, conversion, and revenue pacing, leveraging data to identify risks and opportunities and optimize performance
- Plan and participate in Business Development Trips (BDTs), tradeshows, and industry events to drive new opportunities
- Contribute to revenue planning and maintain accurate sales forecasts and projections
- Partner with Marketing and Food & Beverage and other internal teams to support demand generation and brand awareness
- Lead client engagement through needs analysis, customized proposals, and contract negotiation, with a focus on quality lead optimization and conversion
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on all leads and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, DMOs, local partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain pipeline and sales CRM including timely updates
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and overall team efficiency
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Planning, and Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of the guest experience
- Completes other tasks and projects as needed to support the Pursuit Leadership Teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through close
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience working with corporate, incentive, association, or wedding markets is an asset
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows environment)
- Experience with Delphi, Salesforce, or similar CRM/event systems considered an asset
- Success in this role is measured by revenue achievement, pipeline health, and client satisfaction
