Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. Our team values collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, and we strive to create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can grow. This role is a great fit for students or early-career professionals who are passionate about working with children and families. Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $20–$24 per hour as starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

  • Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time

  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Referral Bonus

We offer a $400 referral bonus for RBTs or BCBAs referred to Tennessee or Nebraska.
The bonus is paid once the referral joins our team and remains employed for at least 45 days.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client progress

  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members

  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification or interest in working toward certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

  • Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful but not required

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
