Job Description



This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior AI Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI initiatives for enterprise customers. This is a senior ownership role focused on execution, predictability, and transparency, sitting between business stakeholders and technical teams. The work covers production-grade AI solutions, including machine learning platforms, LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI-enabled business workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle of AI, data science, and GenAI initiatives
  • Translate business goals into structured delivery plans, roadmaps, and milestones
  • Own backlog management, sprint planning, ceremonies, KPIs, and delivery reporting
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints
  • Coordinate execution across data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and software teams
  • Oversee data workflows and validate outputs using SQL, JSON, and Python
  • Act as the primary delivery interface for business and technical stakeholders
  • Track spend, capacity, utilisation, and delivery forecasts
  • Prepare delivery dashboards and performance insights for leadership
  • Define and enforce delivery standards, governance, and quality controls
  • Ensure production readiness through validation, quality gates, and delivery discipline


Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project, programme, or service delivery roles
  • Proven delivery experience in AI, GenAI, LLM, or data-driven projects
  • Strong command of Agile and Scrum practices with Jira and Confluence
  • Hands-on ability to work with SQL, JSON, and Python for data inspection and validation
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in startup, scale-up, or fast-growth environments
  • Fluent English for daily collaboration

    Nice to have

  • Technical degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with BI or visualisation tools
  • Understanding of system architecture and AI fundamentals
  • Experience building delivery frameworks or governance models
  • Consulting background or certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP
