Job Description

Marketing Operations Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead marketing execution, brand consistency, and sales‑enablement operations. This role ensures marketing and sales materials are accurate, consistent, and execution‑ready across retail, trade show, and digital channels. This is not a demand‑generation role; success is defined by execution quality and operational discipline.

Why Jewett Cameron

With more than 70 years of operating history, Jewett Cameron is a publicly traded company with established brands across fencing, outdoor living, and pet containment categories. The company is at a stage where execution discipline, brand consistency, and cross‑functional coordination matter more than adding process for its own sake.

This Marketing Operations Manager role plays a critical part in supporting Jewett Cameron’s vision of delivering innovative products that enrich outdoor spaces. The role strengthens how the company shows up to customers—owning brand standards, sales readiness, and marketing execution—while partnering closely with Sales and Operations to support profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own brand execution and consistency across packaging, websites, in‑store displayers, trade shows, and marketing collateral
  • Apply and enforce brand guidelines across all brands and customer channels
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing to deliver:
    • In‑store displayers and merchandising assets
    • Trade show materials and booth elements
    • Sales presentations and customer pitch decks
    • Supporting content and imagery
  • Translate sales needs into clear marketing deliverables with defined timelines and priorities
  • Own product content and descriptors used across packaging, sales materials, and online listings
  • Partner with external agencies to develop and refresh product photography, lifestyle imagery, and visual assets
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, workflows, and version control
  • Coordinate trademark and patent usage with Legal and Product to ensure compliance
  • Manage and direct outside creative agencies, designers, photographers, and website contractors

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand management, or sales enablement
  • Experience supporting sales organizations in consumer products, building products, or physical‑goods environments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing creative agencies and external partners
  • High attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a lean, execution‑focused organization

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match up to 10%
  • Three weeks of PTO accrued during the first year
  • Seven paid holidays
  • Employer‑sponsored disability and life insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Employee product discounts
