Job Description

Thrive Restaurant Group is looking for our next General Manager to join our team and help love people with food in the neighborhoods we serve. Dual Branded Applebee’s & IHOP restaurants combine our two well-known brands in one location, offering guests an expanded menu and a unique all-day dining experience. We'd like for you to have:



  • 2-3+ years of previous GM experience in casual dining preferred

  • 5+ years of full service restaurant management experience preferred

  • Experience teaching and training staff

  • Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment
