Castle Hill Inn is looking for a Grounds & Landscaping Attendant to join the team.

Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn – a Relais & Chateaux hotel – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. The property features guest rooms that are perched on the sand dunes of our private beach, a banquet facility, and two restaurants featuring the talents of the culinary team. About the Position: In the Grounds & Landscaping Attendant role, you will welcome and escort arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their room accommodations, parking & retrieving guest vehicles (when needed), as well as provide general information regarding the hotel and local attractions, maintain an even flow of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, and provide storage of the luggage promptly and safely, providing personal & professional service to guests.

About You: You are a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for horticulture and sustainable gardening.

Essential Duties:

• Assists harvest garden, greenhouse, and bedding plant areas, ensuring that the plants and collections are healthy and that the garden is safe and attractive.


• Performs and supports horticultural practices (watering, seeding, harvesting, and weeding) that encourage overall plant health and soil nutrition, to include sustainable gardening and integrated pest management practices


• Assist culinary team with planning, locating seeds, and planting rotational


• Plant and harvest consistent supply of microgreens and edible flowers, utilizing greenhouse in colder months.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation $23-$24/Hour!
