Role: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Bengaluru
What you’ll do

In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
1. Planning
Gather local briefs and be able to interpret the ask and work with the CoE marketing manager, and wider global marketing campaign team, on preparing communication plans
Ensuring our central tools and platforms are updated regularly with all key local internal and external communication activity. And to use the platforms to support timely and impactful communications
To be able to submit accurate briefs to brand creative as required
2. Delivery
Write and publish content that informs, educates, inspires and connects across the range of internal and external communication channels and campaigns along with medium blogs
Supporting event planning and logistics: covering client partner activities and hackathons, to local employee all hands sessions.
Collating comms measurement and completing any templates or dashboards as required
Being able to identify local content that is appropriate for global distribution and tailor it accordingly
3. Stakeholder Management
Building relationships with internal stakeholders in the CoE to create a stream of content including business and employee success stories for our channels
Support local and broader global communication campaigns and initiatives as required and be part of campaign delivery teams
Join global meetings and be an active member of the Global Marketing team
4. Innovation
Constantly exploring new and better ways of working and applying solutions to new or existing requirements. Open to receiving and trying new ideas, automating processes or ways of working
Market research and stay closer to our line of business to identify social media opportunities

What you’ll bring
- A passion for marketing and communication and a desire to learn more with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role having bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting capabilities.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Medium, Mailchimp, CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Strong ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.

What impact will you create?
Based on what you’ll do the Marketing Coordinator would
- Campaign Execution & Coordination: They manage the end-to-end implementation of marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, web). They ensure promotional materials and contents are produced and delivered on time.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: They track campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Slack, Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Brand Consistency & Event Support: They ensure the brand voice and design remain consistent across all platforms. Additionally, they coordinate logistics for internal and client events, which are crucial for networking in the adtech space.
