What You'll Do:
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform expert repairs on various residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform water heater installs to complex system repairs.
- Respond to emergency situations, provide professional recommendations, and ensure all work meets local codes.
- Complete work orders with precision, submit digital documentation, and leave every workspace cleaner than you found it.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing clear explanations of repairs and ensuring every homeowner feels respected and informed.
- Troubleshoot, plan, and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of water, gas, and drain systems.
What You Bring:
- At least 3 years in the trade preferably residential experience.
- A Journeyman Plumbing License is preferred; a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record are required.
- Strong grasp of local plumbing codes and safety hazards.
- You are a self-starter who communicates effectively and thrives under time-sensitive deadlines.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- You will work in various settings, including residential homes and commercial sites. This may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, tight crawlspaces, or attics.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50+ lbs), climb ladders, and spend long periods standing, kneeling, or crouching.
- You must be comfortable working with specialized tools and machinery while strictly adhering to safety precautions.
