INTRODUCTION



TextileGenesis , a Lectra Company , is a global leading company in Supply Chain Traceability domain for the fashion & textile industry . Headquarter in Amsterdam, we have presence in China ; India, Bangladesh, Turkey and Netherlands , UK and Colombia .



 



Currently 4500+ textile companies are part of our traceability network and 75+leading global brands run traceability programs on our Traceability platform .As of Nov 2023 , there are 500 million garments traced across the entire supply chain from fiber to retailer on the TextileGenesis platform.



 



1.POSITION SUMMARY:



He or she will be responsible for the delivery of supply -chain traceability in greater China region to meet the project requirement of Brand and Retailer based in Europe and the USA . We offer the flexibility for this position to be home-based.



 



2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Support the Customer Engagement and Service Manager to manage the traceability project implementation in the region by working closely with global project manager and other project team members .

  • Follow up and support our textile supply chain partner on platform registration.

  • Provide in-depth training to our supply chain partners via on-line meeting.

  • Resolve various issues users encounter while using the platform,

  • Work with development team for product improvement based on first-hand feedback and market insight.

  • Manage relationships with key supply chain partners.



 



3.PROFILE:




  • 3-5 + Years working experience in textile industry , certification body or in sustainability domain ,familiar with textile industry end to end supply chain , good knowledge of sustainable textile material will be a plus.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • Customers focus with good oral and written communication skill to drive results.

  • Ability to take ownership of issue , strong “ can -do “ attitude and good problem solving skills.

  • Proficient in data analysis with extensive experience using office software tools.

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Overseas working or studying experience is a plus but not a must.

  • Experience in Certification Body (GRS/RCS /RWS /OCS etc. ) , Transaction Certification or supply chain traceability is a plus but not a must.



 



4.TRAVEL:




  • The position is based in China

  • We offer the flexibility for this position to be home-based.
