Job Description:

As a Senior Team Manager (STM), you will play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and ensuring the successful execution of recruitment operations across teams, while maintaining high standards in client and employee satisfaction. This role demands a balance of leadership, process expertise, and problem-solving skills to oversee and optimize recruiting workflows, enhance sourcing strategies, pinpoint bottlenecks in the candidate funnel, manage escalations, and act as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  •  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Collaborate, prepare, and present reports to stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Manage multiple tasks and pivot when necessary to meet business needs.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing Recruitment Teams within a recruitment agency, Recruitment Process Outsourcing “RPO” firm, or within a corporate talent acquisition function.
  • At least 4 years of progressive recruitment experience.
  • Should display deep knowledge of the principles of Operations Management, Performance Management, and Team Development.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both spoken & written.
  • Candidates should have strong Analytical skills and Leadership qualities.
  • Amenable to work onsite (Ayala, Makati)
