Substitute School Nurse
2026 - 2027 School Year
Position Title: Substitute Nurse
Department/Section: Human Resources/Student Support Services/ Substitute
Supervisor: School site administrator/Health Services Coordinator
Compensation: Substitute Nurse Pay: $175.00/day
SUMMARY:
The substitute nurse positions are a fantastic way to become familiar with the school district and
the daily functions of nursing in the K-12 educational system. These roles have the ability to accept
placements at any of the districts' schools. Please consider joining our team, and providing your
services as a substitute nurse.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Current AZ Registered Nurse License
● Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (BLS) for Health Care
Providers
● Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is required
