Front Desk Concierge - Encore at Eastmark (Mesa, AZ)

FUNCTION & ROLE:

HOAMCO is hiring for Full-Time positions for our master planned community. This community consists of over 2,000 homes with many luxurious amenities. As a Concierge, you�ll enjoy helping our residents achieve a high standard of customer service. The Concierge is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents, as well as administrative duties.

Tasks:

� Demonstrating highly effective interpersonal skills and collaborating well with colleagues.

� Providing exceptional customer service.

� Maintaining an enthusiastic, professional, and positive demeanor.

� Upholding integrity and credibility.

Qualifications:

� Excellent in person customer service and communication skills

� Professional appearance and demeanor

� Advanced communication skills (both verbally and written)

� Experience working in the Hospitality Industry and knowledge of Building Link is a plus

� Customer Service experience required

Job Duties:

� Providing administrative support

� Maintaining welcome desk

� Utilizing excellent customer service skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face

� Manages package delivery system

� Partners with the On-site Community Manager to effectively manage the front welcome area
