The Restoration Program Manager plays a vital role in overseeing client-approved restoration projects and installations and merges key project management duties with account relationship management.

Compensation Information:
$65,000 annually plus bonus

Responsibilities: 

• Drive cross-functional accountability, ensuring all critical tasks are completed by stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track/report project progress, identifying any factors that would prevent timely, on-budget completion. 
• Work closely with internal teams to keep collaboration smooth and ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Regularly review reports/data to help prevent project delays and cancellations.
• Organize and record client-approved project changes, clearly outlining how they impact all aspects of the project.
• Facilitate prompt resolution of service issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Improve delivery and customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication with and providing feedback to account owners and customers.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and managing account-level relationships, preferably in restoration or a related field.
• Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams, focused on customer installations and delivery. 
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams and customers.
