responsible for providing strong leadership and logistics expertise within the receiving
department, ensuring efficient material flow from inbound shipments through repacking, shipping and
stocking. This role oversees daily operations including production reporting, accuracy checks,
audits, and documentation, while driving process improvements, maintaining work instructions, and
ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires hands-on leadership in
training, coaching, language skills in both English and Spanish, supporting continuous improvement,
and fostering a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and
related warehouse software systems is essential, as the Receiving Team Leader plays a key role in
coordinating priorities with all incoming raw materials and finished goods, resolving
discrepancies, and ensuring the team runs successfully to meet operational goals.
Required Skills and Education Requirements: The Receiving Team Leader must have proven leadership
skills and hands-on logistics experience within warehouse receiving operations, with the ability to
manage material flow, audits, and inventory control. Highly organized and strong bilingual
communication skills in English and Spanish are essential to effectively train, coach, and guide
diverse teams. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and warehouse software
systems, with the ability to analyze production data, prepare reports, and respond promptly to
operational needs. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills are
required to maintain accuracy, compliance (JSOX, IATF, ISO14001), and efficiency. Flexibility to
work different shifts and days of the week, depending on operational needs, is critical
requirement for all Team Leader positions in the warehouse.
