Internet Sales Representative

We are looking for a FULL TIME new Representative to join our Sales Team for Safford Sales Automotive Group. 

As a Sales Representative, you will be the main liaison between our company and current and potential customers.

Do you want to work in an office environment that can be fast paced but also fun with great coworkers that operate as a team?

Your main goal will be to effectively address customer inquiries in a timely manner, conveying information to our Managers and setting appointments!

There is no previous experience required for this position. You just need to be dedicated to want to learn. We will provide the rest!

Great opportunity for someone who wants to change directions from being in a customer facing position (food service, cashiers, etc)

We are looking to fill the positions immediately.

Qualifications

Duties / Responsibilities to include:

*Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

*Identify customer needs / wants, give your best to clarify information

*Follow our companies communication process ( call, text, email )

*Keep accurate detailed records of all conversations in our database

*Setting appointments for showroom visits

Requirements:

*Reliable Team Member

*Comfortable in a customer care environment

*Track your own work daily to meet or exceed goals

*Strong phone and verbal communication skills

*Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types

*Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

*Detail Oriented

40 hours a week. Rotating shifts.

Pay is hourly as well as commission based.

Ability to pass a drug test and background check are required.

Ability to obtain a VA Sales License after hired ( We provide the testing on site as well as the study guide )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
