Job Description
Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking an Program Analyst I-II to work in San Diego, CA (Contractor Site). Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
This role is responsible for developing data-driven training recommendations that directly impact Fleet readiness. The ideal candidate will combine extensive Navy experience with a strong background in data analytics and training development, working to enhance the effectiveness of Navy training programs.
Conduct As-Is and To-Be training data analysis of development paths for Naval rates
Analyze Naval rates using authoritative databases, doctrine and instructions to perform training gaps analysis and develop Course of Action to mitigate
Participate and may lead working groups and cross-functional teams building deliverables as per IMS
Additional duties as assigned
