Berufliche Orientierung im Rahmen eines Inklusionspraktikums für Menschen mit Behinderung

Unser Inklusionspraktikum richtet sich gezielt an Menschen mit
Behinderung, die:

  • sich beruflich (neu) orientieren möchten,
  • den Übergang auf den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt suchen,
  • oder ihre Fähigkeiten und Interessen in einem modernen Unternehmen ausprobieren wollen. 




Was dich erwartet: 


  • Ein wertschätzendes, unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld
  • Individuell abgestimmte Aufgabenbereiche (z. B. Materialmanagement, Logistik, Instandhaltung, Assistenz, Personal, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Buchhaltung, technische Lehrwerkstatt)
  • Persönliche Betreuung und regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche
  • Praktikumszeugnis und gegebenenfalls Unterstützung bei der weiteren beruflichen Entwicklung
