Job Description

Build Your Career. Keep Your Week.

Looking for a role where your skills actually matter—and your schedule works for your life?

At States Industries, we’re hiring for multiple production roles to join our weekend crew supporting a high-performing manufacturing operation. This is a 3-day workweek (Friday–Sunday) with full-time hours—giving you four days off every week to recharge, spend time with family, or focus on what matters most to you.

If you’re looking for a place where you can build something long-term, be part of a strong team, and do meaningful work—you’ll find it here.

Schedule

  • Friday – Sunday

  • 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Full-time hours in just 3 days

  • Overtime opportunities available

4-day weekends, every week – built-in work/life balance

At States Industries, you’re not just filling a position—you’re joining a team that shows up for each other.

We’re a fast-paced manufacturing environment, but what sets us apart is how we work:

  • People look out for one another

  • New employees are supported as they learn

  • Safety isn’t just a rule—it’s how we operate every day

  • Leaders are present and engaged on the floor

You’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple roles across the mill, build your skillset, and grow your career. We believe in developing our people, not just placing them in a job.

The work is hands-on and consistent—it takes focus, effort, and the right mindset. But if you’re someone who takes pride in doing a job well and being part of a team, you’ll fit in here.

We also know that work is more than just production numbers:

  • We value a respectful, non-toxic environment

  • We encourage learning and continuous improvement

  • We recognize that every role matters to the success of the operation

These positions offer opportunities to work in a variety of areas within our hardwood plywood manufacturing process, including:

  • SCP Operators

  • Banding Specialist

  • Sander Operators

  • Forklift Drivers
