Essential Functions:
- Coordinate with Crew Members, Superintendents, and Project Managers to manage scheduling, scope of work, and daily jobsite activities, including communicating any scope changes before execution.
- Lead and support crew performance and development, ensuring productivity, accountability, and proper time tracking while resolving any timesheet discrepancies.
- Document daily jobsite activity including production, quality control, and jobsite updates through accurate daily logs.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve issues and keep work progressing smoothly.
- Manage jobsite readiness, materials, and equipment, including weather monitoring, end-of-day job protection, inventory coordination, and proper maintenance/storage of tools, vehicles, and trailers.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
- Maintain project schedules and production goals to ensure projects stay on time and within labor hour targets.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and job walkthroughs to ensure clear project expectations and alignment before work begins.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred); able to obtain required equipment operation certifications
- Ability to obtain security clearance for military and secured job sites
- Familiar with SMACNA standards and construction best practices
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings, site plans, and specifications
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Solid critical thinking, problem‑solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, hard‑working, with a willingness to learn new systems

Education and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years construction experience,
- Minimum 3-5 years roofing specific experience
- Experience working with TPO, EPMD, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, coping, and the above, listed materials
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
- Willing to travel
- Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
- Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater
- Frequent bending, kneeling, walking
- Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
