Description
An Athletic Coach will lead or assist student sports programming at E.L. Haynes. This will include team selection, leading practices, and coaching games for the duration of the sport's season. Responsibilities include:
Lead, plan and direct training of players;- Direct conditioning of players;
- Assess players' skills;
- Determine game strategy;
- Oversee assistant coaches and communicate regularly with the Director of Athletics;
- Follow additional guidelines, outlined in the coaches manual.
Coaching stipends will be paid on December 15, 2025; March 13, 2026; and June 15, 2026, depending on the semester for which the sport is coached.
