We are looking for an IT Intern to join We Are Social in Dubai.

The Opportunity

Are you curious about how IT functions within a fast-paced, global creative agency? This 3-month internship is your chance to gain hands-on experience across IT support, systems, and basic cybersecurity.

You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals while also collaborating with global IT teams, supporting users across different regions and gaining exposure to international tools, processes, and best practices. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in IT within a dynamic, real-world environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and user access issues.
  • Provide first-level helpdesk support through a ticketing system, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
  • Set up and maintain Mac laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support basic troubleshooting across networks, systems, and applications.
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including access management.
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset inventories.
  • Support cybersecurity best practices, including patching and access control checks.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on small projects and continuous improvements.
