Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

The Springs of Broadway & Avalon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents regain strength, restore function, and maintain independence through personalized care and innovative therapy approaches.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Occupational Therapist in planning and implementing individual treatment programs for residents.

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to improve residents’ functional performance and overall well-being.

  • Document resident progress accurately and in a timely manner per facility and regulatory standards.

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support continued success.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive, comprehensive care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Arkansas.

  • Passion for providing compassionate, quality care to seniors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
