Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
The Springs of Broadway & Avalon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents regain strength, restore function, and maintain independence through personalized care and innovative therapy approaches.
What You’ll Do
Assist the Occupational Therapist in planning and implementing individual treatment programs for residents.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to improve residents’ functional performance and overall well-being.
Document resident progress accurately and in a timely manner per facility and regulatory standards.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support continued success.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive, comprehensive care.
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Arkansas.
Passion for providing compassionate, quality care to seniors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
