Job Summary:

Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration- Service Manager for new start-up location – Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Manager is responsible for leading and scaling field service operations supporting commercial refrigeration customers across Seacoast Service Partners’ Florida footprint. This role oversees technicians, dispatch coordination, service quality, safety, customer satisfaction and assists with all daily functions of the business as needed.

Essential Functions

  • Lead day-to-day service operations Manager technician performance, scheduling, and productivity
  • Partner with dispatch and CSR teams to optimize service delivery
  • Serve as escalation point for commercial customers
  • Drive preventive maintenance and emergency response execution
  • Monitor KPIs including labor efficiency, callbacks, revenue, and margin
  • Enforce safety, EPA compliance, and company policies
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises Commercial Refrigeration Technicians and may oversee leads or supervisors depending on market structure.


 Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year plus bonus 


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of commercial refrigeration experience
  • 3+ years in service management or supervisory role
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong leadership and operational management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Multi-branch or private-equity-backed service organization experience

  • Service Titan or similar field service platform experience
  • Financial and KPI-driven operational leadership

Physical Requirements
