Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Business Intern to support our innovation initiatives across business, marketing, and technology. This role offers hands-on experience in identifying new ideas, developing innovative solutions, exploring emerging trends, and contributing to sustainable innovations in filtration and digitalization. 

Main Tasks

  • Market & Business Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs in our core business areas to identify problem statements and new opportunities.
  • Technology Trends Research: Analyze emerging technologies and industry trends, translating insights into practical applications.
  • Innovation Solution Development:: Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop customer-centric solutions in filtration and related fields.
  • Marketing & Communication: Support marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, digital advertising.
  • Project & Business Support: Support customer interviews, data collection, and strategic discussions to validate new business opportunities.
  • Event & Material Preparation: Help create promotional materials, prepare presentations, and organize marketing events.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.  
  • Passionate about solving environmental challenges and creating positive social impact through innovation.  
  • Experience in market research, business strategy is a plus.  
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  
  • Familiarity with air and water filtration processes, systems, and technologies is a plus.  
  • Interest in digital technologies, IoT, and data-driven solutions.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, AdWords).  
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
