Role:

This role focuses on supporting factory layout design, facilities coordination, and strategic space planning. You will be instrumental in ensuring that layout and space utilization align with capacity and operational goals, especially during greenfield startup and expansion phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed factory layout plans in coordination with capacity and process engineering teams.
• Support layout evolution for process changes, capacity expansion, and equipment installation.
• Interface with facilities and construction teams to communicate layout requirements and changes.
• Ensure alignment of layout plans with site readiness and infrastructure capabilities.
• Conduct space utilization studies and scenario planning for future expansions.
• Support long-term space allocation strategies and capital investment planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in layout planning and facilities coordination in manufacturing environments.
• Strong capability with CAD tools and layout simulation software.
• Hands on experience with factory construction principles and factory infrastructure systems as they relate to space planning.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
