Our supply chain network branches across the Pacific and into Mexico and South America.



Position Overview Our rapidly growing business is seeking a National Account Representative with outstanding customer service, organizational and follow-through skills. We are seeking someone who is a team player with the ability to prioritize daily operational tasks while supporting the major account with a wide variety of requests/tasks.



Responsibilities



· Managing the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of products Premium Guard sells to major accounts by engaging with the distribution center to efficiently achieve maximum customer satisfaction



· Processing purchase requisitions and special-order requests



· Support in customer needs resolutions



· Serves as a key contact with the sales/production/shipping teams to ensure the key accounts receives the best possible service



· Manage daily open order and dispatch reports to ensure timely processing



· Manage cross-border order processes and documentation



· Assist in cross & new hire training with other roles as requested



· Maintain relationships with freight carriers for Major Account



· Builds relationships throughout key customer’s organization to provide the highest standard of service



· Support to other team members when emergent situations arise



· Other duties as assigned.
