You’ll play a key role in growing and maintaining patient census while ensuring schedules are accurate, coverage is reliable, and clients feel supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Manage and coordinate patient and caregiver schedules
Problem-solve coverage issues quickly and effectively
Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
Support census growth by keeping cases staffed and running smoothly
Communicate clearly with caregivers, patients, and internal teams
Take full responsibility for schedules from start to finish
