The goal is to help the company grow by maintaining current small showroom accounts, bringing in customers and developing business.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
Responsibilities
- Re-engage and maintain small showroom accounts to generate sales
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve the annual sales plan
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, WhatsApp and emails
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest to attract new clients
- Maintain and expand the database of current and potential clients
- Give support in initiatives to the Marketing and Commercial teams
- Process and follow-up purchase orders and payments
- Organize and follow-up deliveries of products and guarantees
- Develop reporting, data analytics and creative insights
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of related experience in sales or sales administration
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving goals
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Skilled in Microsoft office
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Sap knowledge
