Overview and Main Responsibilities

 

We are looking for an Industrial Account Manager. The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned geographical area and/or sector, ensuring the fulfilment of sales targets, customer satisfaction and brand positioning.

 

The Industrial Account Manager position, based in Medellín, Colombia, will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, coordinating technical, commercial and logistical solutions.

 

Main responsibilities

 

Achieve established monthly targets for Cu and Al volume (tonnes) and Cu and Al contribution margin (%).
Record commercial management in the CRM on a weekly basis.
Manage the assigned client portfolio, strengthening long-term commercial relationships.
Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
Present commercial proposals, negotiate contractual conditions in collaboration with the Bidding Professional and/or Tender Specialist.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, engineering, quality) to ensure compliance with customer commitments.
Who are we looking for?

 

Professional in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
2 to 5 years of experience in related positions
Advanced Excel skills and preferably knowledge of SAP
Intermediate level of English and knowledge of the industrial sector.

Buscamos un Ejecutiv@ de cuenta industrial el candidato es responsable de gestionar y desarrollar relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales y potenciales en la zona geográfica y/o sector asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas de ventas, satisfacción del cliente y posicionamiento de la marca. El puesto de Ejecutiv@ de cuenta industrial con sede en Medellín, Colombia, actuará como enlace entre el cliente y la empresa, coordinando soluciones técnicas, comerciales y logísticas

 

 

Principales responsabilidades

 

Cumplimiento de las metas mensuales establecidas de volumen (ton) de cu y al, y margen de contribución (%) de Cu y Al   
Registrar la gestión comercial en el CRM de forma semanal periódica
Gestionar el portafolio de clientes asignado, fortaleciendo relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
Identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar estrategias para incrementar ventas.
Presentar propuestas comerciales, negociar condiciones contractuales en trabajo conjunto con el Profesional de ofertas y/o Especialista de Licitaciones.
Coordinar con áreas internas (producción, logística, ingeniería, calidad) para garantizar el cumplimiento de compromisos con el cliente.

 

¿A quién estamos buscando?

 

Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería Electrónica, administración de empresas o afines 
De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados
Manejo de Excel avanzado y preferiblemente conocimientos en SAP
Nivel de inglés intermedio y conocimientos en el sector industrial.
