The Brand Ambassador plays a key role in building awareness and engagement around new club openings while supporting the management team during pre-opening activities.
The Brand Ambassador plays a key role in building awareness and engagement around new club openings while supporting the management team during pre-opening activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships within the local community and represent the Crunch brand in a professional and approachable manner.
- Assist with pre-opening outreach efforts, including distributing promotional materials and maintaining an active social media presence.
- Support the management team during events such as site activations, community gatherings, and grand opening celebrations.
- Engage with individuals in a genuine and respectful way, ensuring interactions reflect the brand’s values.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and communication practices.
- General knowledge of the fitness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods when needed.
