We are looking for a Senior Vice President-National Sales Manager to join our team! The Senior Vice President National Sales Manager serves a leader, coach, recruiter, and business development professional dedicated to hiring, mentoring and retaining the highest quality sales professionals.
In this position, you are responsible for leading each sales team to strategically source business from Real Estate Investors, TPO Brokers, and Referral partners within their defined market areas by positioning the value & benefit for their partners to choose them & the company as their preferred lending partner. As the leader, you are responsible for sales performance, which includes originating, setting expectations, negotiating, and coordination with operations to close loans timely, while at the same time adhering internal requirements, policies, and procedures.
The company offers a competitive Business Purpose product suite, plus you will also have a comprehensive Consumer Product suite to increase & expand the value of your business relationships; NMLS licensing may apply & be required based on specific State & Product requirements

Loan products include options for Acquisition, Refinance, Bridge, and Construction financing, in the form of single asset loans and portfolio loans. What You’ll Do:
- The Senior Vice President National Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales and collaborating with a best-in-class fulfillment team to ensure the customer’s and/or business partners experience is exceptional, and that the company’s risk is securely managed.
- Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers sales professionals to fund a min. of $4 Million dollars in Business Purpose loans per month.
- Assess, coach, and mentor sales leadership and sales to ensure they meet the expected sales and loan origination expectations (i.e., product knowledge, sales skill, technology and system competency, quality of work, setting proper expectations, and professionally partnering with their internal operations team.
- Ensure sales team members understand and execute in accordance with the company expectations with respect to loan quality, understanding the details, facts, and the importance of knowing their customers, and being proactive and responsive as a professional.
- Seek to establish company partnerships that are beyond the sales teams reach to maximize company success and the strength of the business.
- Manage emotions through preparation & fact-based dialog; always interacting with the highest level of professionalism.
- Fully understand & comprehend the real estate investment market segment and be able to effectively communicate how the company’s structure & product suite can help our clients & partners grow and prosper.
- Ensure the sales team is prepared to educate business partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors on the company’s products, and drive sales to become a trusted advisor in the markets we serve.
- Coach sales, and continue to expand your own established relationships, host webinars, meetups, seminars, and participate at industry networking functions to build the company’s brand.
- Participate and speak at industry events through your knowledge, preparation, and experience.

- Focus your time and efforts on recruiting, retention and rewarding the sales team, and implement a culture of driven professionals committed to excellence, competition, and professionalism.

- Remains current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments that may affect the business.
