Main Responsibilities:

• Review and collect production information for the development of research tests.
• Analyze and conduct research tests to generate data that supports decision-making in the development of new products.
• Develop and execute evaluation methods for evaporative cooling pads in order to implement improvements.
• Prepare and document records to create a history of research test results.
• Report and present relevant procedures and methods to Operations/Production personnel to ensure the product meets customer specifications.
• Communicate and present test results to support the development of strategic plans.
• Study and verify the performance of evaporative cooling pads to ensure they comply with technical specifications.
• Qualify and verify raw materials from various suppliers for alternative use in production.
