Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our maintenance team at River Bend Healthcare in Seguin, Texas. As a key member of our operations team, the Assistant Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, while providing exceptional customer service to our patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness
Oversee and perform routine maintenance, repairs, and modifications to building systems, equipment, and machinery
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of maintenance issues
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor and report on maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and documentation of completed tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
