Starting Pay: $17.12 hourly
General Description:
Responsible for various types of office clerical and secretarial tasks in the process of enforcing judgments and orders that originate from the Supreme Court, Circuit Courts, County Courts, and Board of County Commissioners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of general clerical/secretarial work experience, PREFERRED.
- Must successfully complete and pass required skills testing.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain computerized databases.
- Update and purge records, prepare reports, and troubleshoot problems.
- Perform specialized technical clerical and record keeping duties.
- Receptionist duties including typing, filing, copying, faxing, mail distribution.
- Perform secretarial duties for management staff.
- Receive telephone calls requesting specialized information of services.
- Maintain sensitive or complex court records.
- Receive telephone calls regarding service-related complaints.
- Research and assemble a variety of data from office records for various reports.
- Research and assemble records.
- Maintain unit time records.
- Attends work on a regular and consistent basis.
- Must adhere to Federal, State, County, and local ordinances.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Environmental Conditions:
- General office setting with most duties being performed while sitting at a desk, table, or workstation.
- Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
- Must be able to relocate to other county locations based upon operational needs.
- Must be able to remain available to work when a public emergency or disaster occurs.
