Job Description

Our global immigration network provides immigration services in over 175 countries, including work permits, technology-driven business visa support, document procurement and legalisation services, private client matters, and immigration consultancy services.

We are looking for an Immigration Senior Associate to join our team.

You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and immigration experience, supporting clients in resolving complex immigration issues from strategy to execution. Innovation is a key part of the role, and you will be encouraged to continuously reassess how we deliver immigration services to ensure the best experience for clients and colleagues.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing your caseload and supporting the end-to-end immigration process for corporate clients. In comparison to more senior roles, you will typically handle standard to moderately complex cases independently, while escalating more complex or high-risk matters when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end immigration processes for corporate clients, including visa applications and work permits

  • Support preparation and submission of immigration applications in line with UK immigration rules

  • Understand client requirements and contribute to tailored immigration solutions

  • Apply immigration regulations to ensure compliance and reduce risk

  • Maintain accurate and well-organised case documentation

  • Communicate with clients, government authorities, and internal stakeholders

  • Support coordination with client teams, network offices, and VVN teams to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met

  • Monitor case progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues

  • Support delivery of internal and client projects

  • Stay up to date with immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes

  • Provide regular updates to clients on case status

  • Contribute to process improvements and service enhancements

  • Assist in onboarding and training of junior team members (as required)

  • Support implementation of tools and technology within the service line

Role Expectations

  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Experience in UK immigration within a corporate or consulting environment

  • Strong understanding of UK immigration regulations and processes

  • Ability to independently manage standard immigration cases

  • Experience in consulting, mobility, or multinational environment preferred

  • Strong client service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships

  • Ability to work accurately and deliver “right first time” outputs

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases

  • Ability to work under guidance on more complex or sensitive cases

  • Proactive approach to learning and development

  • Strong attention to detail and accountability for work quality

  • Collaborative team player

Qualifications and Skills Developed Over Time

  • Strong client service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases with growing independence

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Fast learner adapting to regulatory and client changes

  • Developing ownership mindset

  • Willingness to support and learn from senior colleagues

  • Contribution to continuous improvement of processes
