We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Shift Manager to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead and supervise a team of employees, ensuring efficient and effective shift operations.Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance standards and company policies.Manage customer service interactions, addressing and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards to ensure compliance with company and health regulations.Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, making deposits, and managing till discrepancies.Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
Conduct regular shift meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and any operational updates.Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales targets, manage labor costs, and control expenses.Perform additional duties as needed to support the restaurant's overall success.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry. (QSR Preferred)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
