Benefits Compensation: 

  • $19.00 - $21/hr 
  • Benefits Options: 
    • Health Plans, Telehealth Primary Care, Dental, RX Coverage, Mental Health Counseling, STD, Life Insurance, Accident, Hospitalization and Catastrophic Coverage, and 401k Salary Range: $19 - $21/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to: HCBS Program Director 
  • The HCBS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  •  The coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive personcentered services that promote independence, integration, and enhanced quality of life within their home and community environments.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field (not required) or, Equivalent experience in developmental disabilities services or human services may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities or a related field Knowledge of DDD service model.
