At A+ Power Sports, we don’t just sell Polaris & Can-Am — we build experiences, community, and a lifestyle around off-roading, snowmobiling, and adventure. We’re looking for a right-hand person for the Partner & VP of Marketing & Branding Operations, who can step in, take initiative, and help keep everything moving forward — without needing constant direction. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to figure things out and execute.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work directly with The Partner & VP of Marketing & Branding Operations. To help manage the day-to-day flow of the dealership and take tasks off their plate so they can focus on growth, marketing & sales, and business operations.
- Customer Experience & Communication:
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and team members
- Manage schedules, emails, and priorities
- Answer marketing/merch calls, emails, texts
- Marketing, Merch, & Events Support
- Assist with events (like our Off-Road Fest + other powersports events)
- Assist with event communication, booking vendors
- Be point of contact for sponsorships & donations
- Ordering restock of Merch & Marketing Materials
- Assist with Ads, Social Media Content
- Team & HR Support
- Support dealership operations and daily organization
- Organize systems, documents, and internal processes
- Assist with Team Meeting Support
- Invoicing

- Previous experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operations roll
- Having a creative eye (marketing, social media experience)
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their work
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver mindset with a “get it done” attitude
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in powersports, automotive, events, or small business
- Are familiar with tools like Canva, Capcut, Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, etc.
- Are a powersports enthusiast - off roading and snowmobiling
