Functional Pathways is currently hiring for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist with the primary location of Saint Simeon's Senior Community with potential for additional hours at our other locations throughout the Tulsa area. 

 

Saint Simeon’s Senior Community is nestled on 50 acres in the beautiful Osage Hills of Tulsa, offering senior residences that provide a safe and peaceful retreat for the mind, body, and soul. Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
